Returns & Order Policy
Everything we print is made-to-order in Calgary. Please review our policies before placing your order.
Order Production
All orders are custom printed or embroidered after approval. Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, with rush options available.
Returns & Quality
If there’s a confirmed print or embroidery error caused by us, we’ll reprint or refund the affected item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
Bring Your Own Garment (BYOG)
We accept customer-supplied garments, but all BYOG decoration is done at your own risk. If damage occurs during printing or embroidery, we do not offer refunds. However, we will redo the decoration one time at no extra cost — you must provide a new garment.
Artwork Approval
All designs must be approved through our online designer or email. We do not proceed without written confirmation to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Shipping & Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Calgary. We also ship across Canada with flat-rate options. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
