Do you offer embroidery and printing in Calgary?
Yes — all production is done locally in Calgary, Alberta. We run Barudan embroidery and DTF/DTG printing for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, polos, safety vests, jackets, and more.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most orders are completed in 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Ask for rush service and we’ll confirm the earliest slot.
Can I bring my own garments (BYOG)?
Absolutely. We support BYOG for embroidery, DTF, and vinyl. Bring or ship items to us and we’ll decorate them to spec.
Tip: New, unwashed garments work best for print quality and consistency.
How does pricing work for small and bulk orders?
Pricing scales by quantity and method:
- 1–4 items — best for personal or one-off pieces
- 5–19 items — small teams
- 20–49 items — business orders
- 50–99 items — staff & events
- 100+ — bulk & wholesale rates

What files do you accept for the best results?
Vector (AI, PDF, SVG) preferred. For DTG/DTF, high-res PNG (transparent) works well. Embroidery requires digitization (we can create a .DST file for you).
Do you serve downtown Calgary and offer delivery?
Yes — we serve all of Calgary including downtown. Choose pickup, local delivery, or Canada-wide shipping at checkout.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery, DTF (Direct to Film), DTG (Direct to Garment), vinyl heat transfer, sublimation, screen printing, and engraving — all in-house.
